The Carriage House Motel, Cottages and Suites, offers motel, cottage and guest house accommodations, conveniently located on Route 1 in Wells, Maine. Our Quality Housekeeping Cabins offer one and two bedrooms that accommodate from two to six people. They are well maintained. While our smaller units are similar to a studio apartment, most offer separate kitchen and living areas.
Our Country Inn Suites are located in our Guest House at the forefront of our property. They are located on the second and third floor of the Inn. While they do not offer full cooking, each is equipped with a refrigerator and microwave.

Of course, the bold might try some para-sailing at Watersports of Wells, located at Wells Harbor Road or at the Atlantic Ave (Harbor Dock). They also provide boat rides.
Other activities in the area include: scuba diving, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, whale watching, kayaking. There are daily departures of sailing vessels from Perkins Cove in Ogunquit.
